ah, I might have something for this then.

Make 2 shortcuts to launch CS.

First one:

CS with bots
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\your@email.com\counter-strike\hl.exe -dll addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll +sv_lan 1 +map de_dust

Second one:

CS without bots (barebones CS)
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\your@email.com\counter-strike\hl.exe -dll dlls/mp.dll +sv_lan 1 +map de_dust
