the bots are now acting very stupid with 06/26 dll

let me make a list
date of dll 06/26 03:28:46 PM
-collectexperience is working (no more pxp when its off)
-bots are able to get weapons when CSDM is on
-bots' chattings are only displayed in console, not in-game
-bots become completely DUMB (no skills)

-collectexperience isnt working, when its off, it still writes pxp,pvi
-bots are unable to get weapons when CSDM is on (only usp/glock)
-bots' skills are in effect (freaking own with pistols)
-bots' chattings are displayed in-game and in console correctly
-sometimes it would crash hlds when i use rcon changelevel or amxmodmenu's changelevel command
