does the bot currently check to see if it is out of ammo for both it's primary and secondary weapon?

also, i have noticed that sometimes the bots still stare at each other seemingly randomly, then after some time, they MIGHT attack. any idea where this might be coming from? TIA

I am running the current WIP version on a dedicated linux server. Doing daily cvs updates/building.
