It's StatsMe - this plugin do at round end all stats, but without making a screenshot. Maybe is possible change a bit some config responsible to these stats at round end in StatsMe to make this screenshot, like T Wrecks wants. This screenshot should be simple to do with ClanMod, but this is a question to KaszpiR.
