Hm, that's worth a thought. He's right, goal WPs have their radii set to 0 by default. If the radius were rised to a high value like 96 or something, would the bot plant the bomb somewhere inside this radius? (Of course, with the restriction that he couldn't plant anywhere where his C4 icon isn't blinking. The question is what would happen if the bot moved inside the goal WP radius, but out of the bomb zone - would he try to plant the bomb anyway and get stuck, or would he manage to go back into the bomb zone on his own?)
@ [NvT]_KaszpiR_: Yes, this tactic also has its advantages. I usually try to cover both by setting 1 or 2 goal WPs in open areas and some others at covered places or at really mean spots, for example where a bomb would fall into a gap between crates, or maybe on top of a crate that can only be reached with several jumps... 9_9
If the respective code, however, were changed to a more random bomb placement, such mean little spots would be much less likely to be chosen, I think.
