Heyyo,

Check me website, I'm one of those official mirrors. Just scroll a bit down the page, and it should be under, "Files added on:March 22, 2004"

Also, go into your temporary internet files, and delete any file that is the one you're downloading, that can be the prob, cause IE will think it's already downloaded, and won't download another copy. IE can't tell if the copy you downloaded is corrupt or not.
