Jan van Paul (or whatever, can't remember his name exactly), the author of Gladiator bot for Quake2 has a program called "WinBSPC" which can do this job. But since the botepidemic.com is down, this program is nowhere to find - anyway you can search google for it. Hope you can find it.
Note: You had better not decompile the original maps included with Half-Life.
