Sometimes on some map (if waypoint editor is on) I can see at normal WP the line red exactly the same like this starting/ending direction on cap waypoint. See the attachement (inside white polygon) and maybe somebody can say what is this? For sure this is not a jumping waypoint - see flags.
You can look this example on You computer - map de_dust2 SF's pwf file from the last release. For this suffiscient is use teleport to this waypoint (index 124).
