This thread was pure and undiluted horror, but I can assure you that everything was fine eventually. Communication problems.
Grave communication problems and 3 guys with temperament make for a very spicy soup... so glad this nonsense has been cleared out and everything is back to normal now. Please forget what you read in that thread, ok?
