could use the "manage attachments" button and include it as an attachment ("attach files" under "additional options" - scroll down a little). But Onno (admin) isn't too crazy about flooding this board with attachments, so the better way would be to upload it to the filebase. However, I think you can only do do as admin / moderator.
Looks like an attachment will have to do... Or of course, if you have webspace, you can just post the link, but I suppose if you had you wouldn't have asked...
Btw, I don't have a clue about RB waypointing... but do you think that a WP where darker areas need work because you ran out of time is really "thorough"? Nah, I should stop nagging and shut up... forget it.
Upload it here and let's leave the judgement up to RB users...
