all of those have already been addressed.
well i already have to coding done but it's completely untested currently.
the thing about the podbotmenu..
podbotmenu only works for listen servers. if you want to control bots without it you can use rcon to access the following commands:
"pb addbot [skill] [team] [model] [name]"
"pb removebots"
"pb killbots"
"pb fillserver [team]"
all those commands work through rcon or from the Dedicated Server console.
If you want control over bots without rcon you should look into installing mean mod.
