I was looking through the source and I cannot see why that would happen...
I will test on 1.6 asap

only reason i can think of is maybe 1.6 needs something else done with the menu?

I also noticed that in 1.5 the menu doesn't disappear when 9 is pushed..
when looking at the source code it tells me the menu should dissappear.
