I am running a dedicated server using the latest mean mod and amx mod 0.96j

I have a plugin for amx that kicks people whos ping are over 250. When it tries to kick someone it displays a message saying the username and that they have been kicked for high ping. But the user does not get kicked. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the mean mod keeping them in the game. Thanks
