Don't think there are any sites that have wip ini files, as it is still a WIP.

try downing podbot and using this attached dll file, just put it in the podbot folder and load it the same as you load realbot WIP, in the metamod plugins.ini.(don't change liblist.gam)
it will run with realbot and teach them the maps.
set it up over night, or you can play with them too.
