Can you provide more detail? It would be helpful if you provided at least following:

- What version of half-life/counter-strike are you running?

- Are you using the standard or metamod joebot DLL? (joebot.dll or joebot_mm.dll)

- If you're using metamod, did you try joebot by itself? Not all metamod plugins play friendly with each other.

- Are your launching the game with a custom command line? If so, please post it.
