IMHO, those realism packs all have one problem: they are bound to have at least one or two replacements you don't like. That Walther P99 for the Five-Seven, for example. Or the player skins...
and besides, I think it's not the best idea to include maps in a custom skin/model pack... if it were at least a map like de_747, a map that shows what a well-made 747 can look like (not that old cs_747 crate), maybe.
