it's an internet explorer problem but look at the background..
the one with index.php is better than the one without

i think i know why..
it's cuz internet explorer is trying to tell us that because the page gets an error without the index.php and the error shows up above the but still in FireFox and Mozilla it looks like what it's supposed to when you use index.php
