Has anyone come up with a waypointing system that works in source?
If so, I would love to see how it was done. My game is creating a tournament mode and the use of waypoints will help us a lot.

yeah i was talking directly about CSS bots and my maps. i dont know anything about condition zero bots or what they use or do.
do people upload maps from CSS here that have bot nav files with it?

yeah me and PMB back then were discussing changing it to the A*nav mesh which is really what(i believe) those CSS bots are using(considering the way the nav mesh looks).
the old way of css bots...

yeah hmm....lat time i made 2 maps for CSS i had to create the entire navmesh myself. there was nothign auto about it :) wasnt waypoint either....just little colored squares all over the ground...

if the bots are getting stuck on your own personal waypoints very often, place my original waypoints back in there for a test and see if it happens "as often" as yours. if it does not, take a look at...
