One thing you could try is go and download the installer for metamod that the podbot guys included with there bots. I can't remember exactly what the download is called but it will install...

Ok I think I may know what the problem is. It seems like that when there are breakable objects around (windows,bottles, etc...) the bots go crazy. Its really bad on maps like cs_bikini, penthouse2...
