yup, it happened to me when i installed podbot via the auto installer. I have since manually installed podbot the long annoying way of creating folders and dropping files manually and changing values...

i believe that is in the console of counterstrike, but your problem may be related to the recent steam update which pretty much made bots stay in spectator mode.
