I tried that pack a long time ago and I had the same problems. The only possibility to still use that pack is to change the player models (check at fpsbanana site).
Or try other packs like...

The latest patch has solved some problems but I still do something wrong, the map loads and I can read the actions the bpts are taking through the console, but no map scren appears on my computer....

Currently I use CS with Warcarft frozen throne/Metamod/Amx all latest releases and use bots:
Joebot+Realbot
and/or
Podbotmm+Realbot

No problems, all works fine except that everytime...
Search took 0.00 seconds.
