no you don't have to be online to map, you only have to d/l it trough steam, and you must have hl2 preordered to get it.

btw. its alot of fun to play a round with with the physic's :D

if yes thats probely why, it kicks bots and put them back right? it is a bit the same when you use internet mode.
it puts in double players caus it don't checks the names...

do you have internet playon? it happens mostly then, if you turn it off you won't have the problem anymore (atleast at my server :) )

first let the server know you are an admin so type in console: rcon_passord xxxx (the RCON password you filled in when you crated your server)
then rcon realbot add should work

yes the syntax has changed, but i had to modefy it before it worked, if you run the hlds updatetool in a "dos" window (window start ->run (not sure) -> cmd) you will get a list with new commands if...
