Go to your DOD launch options and remove "-dll dlls\shrikebot.dll" from it.
Start a game of DOD.
Quit the game of DOD.
Add "-dll dlls\shrikebot.dll" to your launch options again.
Voila.

The temporary damage thing could be quite cool. In the AMX version of the Gas Grenade plugin they have incorporated a gas mask icon for when you are damaged. Maybe it's a similar thing.

I even have my Tour of Duty set up so it uses your addon, works an absolute treat!!
Environskin used to do a similar thing, but it used the botprofile.db to do the same...
