when i make my own server i put up the bot menu (H) then i press quick add bot but nothing happens i even tried the specific one! i dont get it!

ok wth? where do i put it? everyone says to put it in $\Counter-Strike directory but theres 2!!!!! I have steam so there is no HL main directory

i got the installer(.exe) and it put it into: \<your email>\counter-strike\realbot

when i go to add a bot(rb_addbot) it says that that is an unknown command and the menu doesnt come up!?!?!?!?!I...
