To be honest, zombie maps are generally ugly and complicated.. I'm personally tired and have some eyes problems, so I can't make waypoints nowadays.. My advice is to read this tutorial...

there are some other minor problems too, when a node is too close to a "breakable entity", bots stuck there.

that was my first idea to rename a waypoint file because it seems fitting with some other maps.
renaming a .pwf file was useless, the game didn't recognize it.. but you can rename the map just to be...

I didn't see anything wrong in the waypoint file, which seems to be the default one. the problem may be in your bots...

I've made the waypoint file of cs_assault_32, it's not tested (tests take more time) but it seems nice.
later I'll see what's the problem in your other cz_ map.
