Extract the pk3 using winrar or winzip. Make the changes. Save the folder(s) as a zip file. Rename the .zip to .pk3.

The demos (extract them first) goes into the X:\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain\demos folder where X is the drive you've installed the game. You choose the demo from the demos option in the game...

It only crashes when g_log is set to a value, like: seta g_log "2".

IIRC the log function wasn't working properly in the earlier versions but since it didn't cause any problems either I just left...

You could either make a general setting in the Fritz Bot menu for aiming, seperate from movement skills. "Easy, Normal, Hard" or similar.
Or in the individual bot profile... (or both if possible)....
