I suggest you use PODbot mm till Kacat has fixed the problem. Go to the Podbot mm forums and go to the Bugs forum and you can get the fix there... for Podbot mm of course.

Help! When starting a local server...
When i start a local server, it starts up fine (but occasionally it crashes to the desktop), but then when the bots connect they don't join teams! They stay as spectators.
