My best suggestion is just triple-check that everything is in the right place. If that fails, reinstalling tends to have more effect than it has any right to.

This isn't a problem I've experienced. As I understand it, et_headshot was never finished, except insofar as to provide a template for new waypointers. That makes it a bad one to judge bot behavior...

Sounds to me like your set-up is fine. Some maps aren't waypointed, or can't be, and you just don't play with those. Such is the breaks.

Railgun should be the only unsupported default map.

I know stairs are traditionally a problem, but the axis bots seem particularly vulnerable on the yellowish stairs connecting the first and second floors. I can stand anywhere on or near the stairs...
