everything correct i really dunno what to do I think this is just not going to work for me period. I dont see what Im doing wrong ..anything else and yes I have metamod installed correctly

I try to start up a server and I get this error...
= Host_EROR: Could'nt get DLL API from .cstrike\addons\dlls\metamod.Dll!

Well I tryed installing by myself and didnt work so then i tryed all in one installer still didnt work... Heres my info I dont know what Im doing wrong I get no errors or any sign of it been done bad...
