I did use the EPB liblist.gam
Any subroot menu below amxmodmenu such as kick, ban, teleport, team, etc. are disabled (nothing happen when you click it). Other side effects of EPB not...

When having EBP installed, it overwrites the liblist.gam file, which originally
has the line to execute metamod, but EBP's overwritting is:
game "Counter-Strike"
url_info...
