You have to type that in the console window of the Server.

Badf load - Realbot DLL not loadable
I compiled Realbot with Dev Cpp (which uses g++) on Windows.
When I load the dll with metamod, it says the Errormessage "badf load" and Realbot isn't loaded.

I compiled it on Dev-CPP (uses g++) without problems, but when I load the dll, metamod says: badf load and the server starts without the realbotplugin.
What can I do?

You have to download RealBot : Artificial Intelligence Version 1.0 and unpack/install it in your HL folder.
Then you have to edit the liblist.gam file in yor cstrike dir:
