Internet access required for LAN?
 

Well I cannot make it run dedicated, not even from the CSmod itself.
It insists on downloading stuff from Speakeasy.net thats a problem, because, the LAN network we are playing on, does not, I repeat, does not feature internet connection.

So is there a way to bypass this? I am running the 1.5 pack on Cs 1.4 (problem is there?) HL 1.0.0.9

It could be that, but then again, why does it insist on downloading this? Non steam over here.

set secure to 0 in liblist gam (it loads the VAC from speakeasy)
