few questions about bots
 

Hi, i have few questions about bots configuration.

1. As i found, bots latency/ping impossible to change? becouse now is 30-50~. becouse in my country, all has about 2-15 ping. so u know is strange, then all others with that big ping :)
2. Bots about 90% jump then i trying to kill, is it possible to change?
3. From hlsw i look in options, u know ping, location, map, addons, version and in addons showing "AMXMODX v1.8.1.3746, MetaMod v1.19, PODBot v3B21" is it possible to remove podbot? but they still work on server!?
4. I tryed to change botsweapons, but probably im too noob, so u can help me? I want just they can buy "usp glock deagle m4a1 ak47 fam galil".

So i think thats all for this time, waiting for help :)

I can only help with this, I think KWo can give you a better answer for the other things.

For bot to only buy the weapons you named, open your podbot.cfg and find pb_restrweapons and edit like so: "00001111111111010001111111"

Those are fixed values. You cannot change it. I have to think if I should add cvars for min and max ping for bots, but I don't like to increase the number of cvars coming with podbot mm.

It's fixed behaviour. A better bot is trying to avoid a headshot the enemy is trying to make at him.


If You don't want to have podbot mm loaded on the server just comment out (by a semicolon in the front of the line) in metamod's plugins.ini such lines:
win32 addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dll
linux addons/podbot/podbot_mm_i386.so
