amd64.so Problem

I have an Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit Server, and i the amd64.so gives me error.

The server crashes and from the debug.log i see an segmentation fault and podbot_mm_amd64.so (Bad file).

I am currently running the i386 version with no problems but it would be better (i guess) if there would be an native 64-bit amd64.so

In which OS did the amd64.so got compiled? Could i be missing any library?

The HL1 based dedicated server binaries are 32bit anyway, so you don't need by the 64bit version of podbot_mm.
