Turn off "Learning skills"

How do i turn off the learning skills of a Realbot?

I just need them to spawn and idle at their spawn.. (like in the beginning, before they start running around)

You can't do it. Use Official cs bot and write in console bot_stop or bot_zombie...i don't remember now...

I am in desperate need. I installed the Steam version of CounterStrike and then tried to follow several posts to install bots and none of them work. At this point i think i have too many mods and dll's installed that i should start clean and then install Realbots. Can anyone give me explicit instructions for doing so?
