HL monsters in CS 1.6

Hello everybody,

I just wonder how to create half-life monsters for
cs 1.6. But i dont know how to start that. Arent they
providied by engine and I just have to "place" them
into the world? Or how can I add some to my map?
I downloaded the monster plugin src 0.3, but I dont
understand it that good. What engine/dll funcs do
I need to create for example zombies in the map?
Do I need SDK files like the CZombie class? But
how to use it?

Help would be nice!

Regards.

nope, they aren't provided by the engine, and you need to create them in the plugin.
IIRC the botman's monster plugin already provided most of the monsters in the HLSDK.

Re: HL monsters in CS 1.6

Thanks for you answer.
I have modified the monster 0.3 src
for my own plugin interface dll, but
when I want to spawn a zombie it
does not have a model and doesnt do
anything. But I can kill it. Where is
the problem here? Anyone knows?

Edit: I solved the problem.
