HL monsters in CS 1.6
Hello everybody,
I just wonder how to create half-life monsters for cs 1.6. But i dont know how to start that. Arent they providied by engine and I just have to "place" them into the world? Or how can I add some to my map? I downloaded the monster plugin src 0.3, but I dont understand it that good. What engine/dll funcs do I need to create for example zombies in the map? Do I need SDK files like the CZombie class? But how to use it? Help would be nice! Regards. |

nope, they aren't provided by the engine, and you need to create them in the plugin.
IIRC the botman's monster plugin already provided most of the monsters in the HLSDK. |

Thanks for you answer.
I have modified the monster 0.3 src for my own plugin interface dll, but when I want to spawn a zombie it does not have a model and doesnt do anything. But I can kill it. Where is the problem here? Anyone knows? Edit: I solved the problem. |
