Problem with adding bots

Im not sure what I did wrong but this is the problem I get:
pb_minbots 0
pb_maxbots 4

and in the end I add pb add 75 four times, like I have to. Server only adds 3 bots.

If I do
pb_minbots 0
pb_maxbots 5
pb add 75 five times,

I get 4 bots.

If I do
pb_minbots 0
pb_maxbots 4
pb add 75 five times, it tells me in console that it added 4 bots, but cannot add the last one cuz only 4 allowed.

I know I can do perfectly with the last 2, but I'd be interested what the problem stands on.

NOTE: I downloaded those files which Im using atm soooo long ago so I dunno the version, and I dont think its because of the version, I've used that before.

Any ideas?

Read about pb_maxbots setting here. Write later the info what You did wrong.

Note:
To find the version of pb mm You are using, just write in the server console:
meta list
and see the output on the screen.
