Linux server with mm bots from gameservers.com
Here is the "meta List" showing your mod is running.

Also, as this is a dedicated server running in chicago or new york and I am in michigan running it from console, is there something I need to to to allow admins to run it? In other words, no bots appear and my conole does not recognize the pb commands. I do have the podbot everything set up correctly obviously because the mod is showing up as shown above. At one point I stopped all other amxx mods to test and it still wouldn't let me run pb commands. I have been all over this forum and I'll bet that I passed right over the answer. Please advise.... I am still reading your response, for the record, this is the only way so far that I can get any commands recognized. When I try to run anything other than help it comes up blank.
] rcon pb help Podbot mm command list: All commands must be preceded with "pb" For example: "pb add" "add" "debuggoal" "experience" "fillserver" "help" "killbots" "menu" "remove" "removebots" "weaponmode" "wp" |

Read more about setinfo and password stuff. If You know how to get the access to AMX X - it's almost similar way. Another thing - did You read that post? I have make bigger size of font and I marked it red for You to prevent You miss that info...

Re: Linux server with mm bots from gameservers.com
OK, would you be so kind as to put this into an understandable format.
First... I do have the "podbot" directory unzipped in the C:\czero\addons directory. Second.... I have the entry "linux addons/podbot/podbot_mm_i386.so" in the C:\czero\addons\metamod\plugins.ini file. Third.... when I do a command "meta list" on the console of an admin client computer and podbot_mm_i386.so mod does show up. fourth.... according to you, after rebooting the server the bots should show up and they're not. Fifth.... With this much already accomplished, knowing that this is on a dedicated server in Chicago and I live in the Detroit area. Can ya just narrow it down and catagorize each file on each computer as to what exactly needs to be done. Please note if the parenthesis or underscores are needed. Plainly put, please start off with the server files and name them, then please provide the files that need to be entered into each file. Then the same for an admin remote computer. Thank you kindly Kwo, you are a genius. Gravedigger |
Re: Linux server with mm bots from gameservers.com
Hey, man. I'm not going to write second and tenth time the same what I already wrote. Focus on these posts: http://forums.bots-united.com/showpo...05&postcount=4
http://forums.bots-united.com/showpo...25&postcount=8 If You are too lazy to read the topic, because it has too many posts for You, I'll be to lazy to answer. I even cannot answer anything more than this what I already did in that topic I mentioned before. Just please play a bit with those settings. Remember, that Your changes will affect Your access after You will restart the CS on Your dedicated server. That is common thing the people are missing. What You may need it's just replace "cstrike" by "czero" names of folders in that mentioned topic. I'm not a genius and You cannot catch me by saying things that. Sorry. |
