Min_bot Max_bot settings being ignored
 

Currently the setting in the HPB_bot.cfg file is:

min_bots 0
max_bots 4

However, no matter what I set those values to the server always outputs min_bots 0 max_bots 5.
And I always get five bots initially.

I cannot for the life of me figure out where it is getting those numbers and why it is completely ignoring and overiding my parameters??

I even added exec HPB_bot.cfg to my autoexec but still something is telling it to add five bots. Any idea what is going on?
