disable bot chat on touching hoes/planting bomb/etc

on my server, the bots keep saying things when they touch the hoes and i wanna try to disable it...is it even possible? i know i disabled the bot chatting, but these 2 things aren't related it seems...

this is the msg i wanna get rid of: "Using a Hostage!"

If You really disabled chats, but they are still chatting such stuff - that's a bug.

yeah...well i dunno..."Using a hostage!" is the only thing they can say now...and yeah, i have verified that i have my pb_chat set to 0...also, I searched the botchat.txt and there is nothing about "hostage" in there

Because it's not like normal chatting, when they are chating if they are dead, but it's some other kind of using chats. Anyway - it shouldn't happen if pb_chat is 0.

Could You try if in V3B19d is fixed already? I think I fixed it already, but I cannot be sure - if not I'll fix it soon, but please check first V3B19d.

It's not a bug of podbot_mm, it's just the way those messages are in cs.
I guess normally only CT's can see the message "Using a hostage"
Otherwise it would give an advantage over the T's.
Maybe try to play on an internet server with humans playing, if the same message appears, you know it's definitly not podbot_mm.
I'll try to figure it out too when cs is ready to play.

Same for other messages with defusing bomb and using hostages. So it looks like I was working on it and it should work (16.12.2007 added that fix). I'll try that in the next week ( about 07.03.2008 ). Until that time I might be busy.

I played cs_office with V3B19 and didn't saw the message "using a hostage"
Not on screen, not in the console.
But I haven't played with the V3B19d yet so I'll come back to this if I tested that version.
