Cant see any Bots

Hello, I have installed server files in
C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike

and installed EPODbot in
C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike\EPODbot folder.

But i cant see any of Bots during GamePlay..
Can anyone tell me what is actually problem???

Are you running Steam CS 1.6 version ?
