Crashes on server creation

I installed the podbot metamod from the full package install, started up cs like normal, but it crashes when I go to create a server. Any ideas?

I just opened it in console mode and got this message when I tried to create

Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from !

I've seen this message few times and also at BU forum You can see a lot of times this message. There is not any good solution for this. The only available solution (and usually helping) is reinstalling the steam.
