IvPBot...

IvPBot hasn't been updated for quite a time, and there are still some people keep asking "why this doesn't work" in the forum. So here's what I would suggest:

- Move the IvPBot forum into a separate "unactive projects" section (or something like that)
- Alter the homepage. Before getting into the IvPBot homepage, there could be a message saying the bot is not under active development and needs a new maintainer.

I think that "unactive projects" section is good idea, sinse IvPB source code is released the bot is not dead so it can be in such section until it find new developer.
