Orphan Projects etc.

Taking a lead from Nova2001 I have added a table for any Waypoint Projects that have been discussed in these forums for Fritzbot ET but have been dropped (seemingly) and are open to others to ask to take over.

Superceeded means that the map itself has been replaced, right?
(i.e. b3 turns into b4)

Yes superseded means the project is dropped because a later version of the map is available.

Since there's no reason to work on out-of-date maps, as best as I can tell, I added some formatting. Feel free to remove it if you'd like. I just felt like tinkering.
