Auto Download from Server
 

I have a question. When people auto download from my server, they sometimes get the error message fg42, something or other. How do I go around this without disabling auto download? I want people to be able to download the modified maps once I get them edited. Thanks in advance.

They need to have the FritzBot mod to play on your server. FritzBot for RTCW was a complete mod ( with a server/client portion ) that was required to play on FritzBot RTCW servers.

In FritzBot ET, its possible to run a server, and have ppl connect to it that dont have the FritzBot ET mod.

I don't think I phrased my question correctly. That, or I just don't understand your answer. What I meant was this: If I want people to dl a map on my server, and they dl the map, they also dl other things related to fritz, sometimes then getting an error message when they try to connect regarding fg42 error string. So if someone doesn't have fritz, can't they just auto dl it from the server? Or do they have to have it ahead of time. Not sure if that's what you were trying to say in the post. Also, is there a way to allow auto dl of some files but not others?
