CS : Some bots no longer working.

I tested the latest cs with some of the bots (and those not-really bots but bot templates)

POD and POD Clones work fine.

HPB series bots doesn't work, I suspect FakeClientCommand is not working

Whistler's GINAbot doesn't work too, same, I suspect FakeClientCommand.

Just my infos.

I don't really know yet, but I will keep on checking those HL engine-related stuff.

One thing for sure is, "that bug" caused FakeClientCommand to fail.
