i put in on my server but metamod seems not to load it correctly:

It's some library for linux. You need to find it somewhere and install on Your system. I don't have linux, so I cannot help You more with this.

i dont know how too, and im not like experiment. is there an other bot, that automatically joins/leaves at a certain human player number?
