Assault Map Invalid Goals

Why do I keep getting 'Invalid Goals' on mp_assault?

Also, where can I find and edit the file that determines which bots begin on which maps? Thanks in advance.

I don't do the RTCW version of fritzbot so I can't answer anything specific to one map, but Denny's tutorial does explain how the message can happen (see troubleshooting section).
