i use podbot mm and tried commands pbwpmenu, amx_pbwpmenu, wpmenu and none work
how can i make waypoints?

pb wpmenu I think is what it is.

There are hotkeys (shortcut keys) to waypoint menus, like
H = main Waypoint menu
I = Delete Paths
L = Radius of Waypoint
P = Delete Waypoint
O = Add waypoint menu

etc...

I can give you my custom hotkeys if you want.

There is no amx command to get working Waypoint Editor Menu (WP menu).
Take the docs from the filebase and read first before asking. These hotkeys ANcient is talking about they are just binds You need to create Your-self (there is also some section in docs how to do this). You can read about some binds also here.
