Xp save for newbie
 

Hello all
I am a complete newbie to botting and a novice at setting up servers.
I plan to have a network day in work soon and have set one up before (basic).
I run Fritzbot and Whaleclient for spree and sound addons.
My only problem is i can't get xp save to work.
My own machine is a bit shaky and throws up an error about memory read error in Enemy territory which throws me out of the game. When i rejoin all my xp is lost. I host the game on a seperate laptop but no joy.
Can anyone help please.

xp just saves for 1 campaign, cant be longer.
for dc / rejoin it saves though, cant tell ya why it doesnt for u.

Yip i know it only holds for 1 campaign but mine will not save at all. Is there a script i need to run or something to activate this option. EG exec g_xpsave.cfg or something like that. If so what do i need to put in the script?

Wolf by default won't save your XP if you get disconnected.

XP Save was a feature on the TODO list, but it never made it in time before I got the job at id.

Ok, thanks.
This saves me messing with the settings for ages.

One other thing, how can i run custom sound packs with my lan server?
I have ones in my directory which have downloaded from other servers and wondered if i can use them on a lan game with bots.

Can anyone tell me how to do this if possible.
The sound are great with music, extra quips and mortars sound real god.
